One of the most popular neighborhoods in Hillsborough is Crestmont. Built in the mid to late 90s, this community includes both single family homes and townhomes. Crestmont Hills consists of 172 single family homes with varying layouts and designs. Crestmont Manor consists of 96 townhomes and is one of the few townhome communities in Hillsborough that have both a garage and basement.
