- Deepak is really amazing. He is very responsive, friendly, and honest with his feedback He was above our expectations of a realtor. Even you call him at 10 PM he will respond very fast and he took many initiatives to close the house in a smooth process. If you're looking for a realtor, look no further Deepak is the best choice.SatishGolla
- I recently bought my first house, and I absolutely could NOT have done it without Deepak Kumar at my side. If you’re going to be buying in Somerset County or the surrounding areas, here are 4 (of countless) reasons you should make sure Deepak is your agent, too: 1) If it’s your first time venturing into the real estate game, Deepak provides immeasurable wisdom and guidance on how to navigate this crazy process. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a few ideas of what I wanted and what I didn’t, but Deepak was able to be a true partner and help clarify topics for me. I learned about mortgage payments in arrears and how they differ from rent payments at the start of the month, which helped me move up my buying window. I learned about how not all townhouses are condos and how that should inform my buying options when looking for a townhouse. (I could make this one a novel on its own – I learned a LOT!) 2) If you’re not familiar with the area, Deepak’s authority on the territory will help enhance your browsing options. In this current seller’s market where the listings don’t hang around for long, I relied on Deepak’s knowledge of neighborhoods and complexes to learn where I could tour a property for the layout even if not for the development or unit itself. It was like having my own personal Amazon cart, telling me that people who like this house would also like these others, or people who bought here had this or that to say about it. 3) He’s here to help find the right house for you, not just the sale. Once he understands what you’re looking for in a house, you’ll get emails at all hours of the night suggesting properties coming soon to the market, with detailed assessments of what fits and what doesn’t. If you send him listings you’d like to see, he won’t shy from pointing out some areas where it falls short of the criteria you’re seeking to ensure it still belongs on the list. We even looked at one or two properties together where, 3 steps in, he knew “this one’s clearly not going to work for you.” The best salesperson reaches “trusted advisor” status, and that’s what you get with Deepak. 4) Honestly… he’s just a genuinely nice and smart guy, and he helped make a really exciting but scary process for me a breeze. He was with me every step of the way throughout closing, keeping everyone on-schedule, providing guidance and references for negotiations, and is even still in touch. Because now he’s not just the agent who helped find my first home – he’s my Facebook friend and my neighbor! (I’m told he’s an awesome selling agent too, so of course, don’t feel limited by how great he was as a buying agent! Give him a call!)Casey Goldstein
- Go with Deepak if you want: - Responsiveness & transparency - Deep real estate knowledge about the area - A customer-oriented professional who is willing to go the extra mile I went through 5 realtors before meeting Deepak and he was the first I ever felt truly comfortable around. As a first-time home buyer, you may be a bit apprehensive and bumble around, but Deepak was nothing but patient and courteous with me. He provided honest feedback about each home we saw, pointing out flaws I had not seen and wasn't pushy at all. Other realtors I found a bit crass and "used-car salesman" types, but Deepak is imbued with nothing but that strategic realism that helped him get me the right home - even though there were FOUR offers above mine, and TWO of them CASH! Cannot be happier with my new home or the realtor who helped me get here. 5 starsbrianalexanderogrady
